Membranes for water extraction presses are just one of many spare parts for laundry machinery of all kinds and manufacturers that are produced by MAXI-PRESS. Very popular with our customers are our EASYFIX water extraction membranes, which we will show at all three trade shows.
EASYFIX Membranes feature an inseparable built in fixing ring so there is no need of use of the additional fixing rings which make the installation more complicated. This gives the installer a huge reduction in installation time. Some of our customers even report time savings of up to 80% when installing the membrane. On top of this our customers make more savings as there is no longer any need to replace the old and worn out fixing rings which are very costly to replace.
Our customers particularly appreciate the high-quality material and the long service life of EASYFIX membranes. For example, the press cycles of an EASYFIX membrane significantly exceeds the pressing cycles of conventional membranes from other manufacturers. MAXI-PRESS produces all membranes from specially developed rubber compounds that meet the highest demands.
The effective EASYFIX membranes in the colours white, grey and black are available for presses Jensen SEP 36-90 MD / HD, Lavatec LP 571-583, Kannegiesser PP10 and PP13, Girbau SPR 50 presses and now brand new also for Passat presses EP 841-9XX.
