The company MAXI-PRESS Elastomertechnik has optimized its spring covering for industrial ironers to the latest technical standard. The newest model "MP-X-Spring Pro" is an in-house development of the spare parts specialist and is characterized above all by the selected material: The springs are made of 100% stainless steel and are therefore completely rust-free, even over long operating cycles.
When using the "MP-X-Spring Pro" spring covering, you can achieve the optimum cylinder circumference of your ironer with a contact pressure of just 1 bar. The lower resistance of the cylinders thus protects the gears of the ironer and leads to increased energy savings. Due to the improved exhaust air of the spring, you also have less cloth wear.
In addition, the band cannot break off - unlike common spring coverings - and is resistant to chemicals, which is particularly useful for hospital laundry. MP-X-Spring Pro guarantees optimum ironing performance over the entire service life, an ideal linen finish and, thanks to the perfect fit of the ironer textile, also a longer running time of the textile.
The system is suitable for any ironer type and cylinder size. The spring height can be selected as required between 8 and 15 millimeters in 0.5 millimeter increments, and the width of the spring band is 50 millimeters. The endless belt can be shortened or lengthened as required. The premium product MP-Felt 800 Pro, as well as all other aramid and polyester ironer textiles from MAXI-PRESS, are a perfect match.
MP-X-Spring Pro is Made in Germany - this guarantees highest precision. Of course, the MAXI-PRESS service team also professionally carries out the installation of the MP-X-Spring Pro as well as the textile change of the ironer cloths.
