MAXI-PRESS Elastomer Solutions is one of the largest market players for water extraction membranes in the world and they have just launched a new online shop at www.maxi-press.com. With this new site the German based company wants to make the ordering process easier for customers all over the world and wants to be ready for the future.
The range of products in the MAXI-PRESS online shop ranges from water extraction membranes for all current manufacturers of water extraction presses to spare parts and special parts for laundry machinery of all kinds and manufacturers. "All our water extraction membranes are already available online. We offer the largest range of products in this field on the internet", says MAXI-PRESS managing director Tim Zaiser. We are constantly adding new products in the other segments - because we want our e-shop to grow as a system that we are constantly optimizing.
"The online shop is clearly designed and easy to use. A simple menu structure takes customers through the product range and supports them in their search for the right product. You can simply enter the product name or search by manufacturer and machine type. The warehouse stock is taken directly from our management system, so that the current availability of each product is displayed. Orders can be processed by our employees without further questions. This saves time and ultimately minimizes machine downtimes for the customer", says Tim Zaiser.
For the first order, the visitor must register and open a customer account. All orders are saved there and can be called up in a matter of seconds, which makes follow-up orders particularly convenient. Favorite products can be saved on a notepad.
